ImmerTwin Inactive - Static hosting without active management

Keep your experience online.
Keep things simple.

Maintain your ImmerTwin experience in a static hosted state, without active updates or optimisation. Inactive suits content that needs to remain available without ongoing management.

01Static hosted state
02No active updates
03No ongoing optimisation

How it works

Stay online with the content you have.

Inactive keeps the agreed experience hosted as a static version. It is a service choice for content that does not need regular changes, active optimisation or managed improvements.

01

Confirm the version

Agree which experience and content will remain hosted.

02

Keep it available

Maintain the experience in its agreed static hosted state. Hosting terms are set through the commercial agreement.

03

Review when needs change

If the content or purpose changes, discuss the required work and whether Active is now appropriate.

Across sectors

Choose by need, not by sector.

These examples illustrate possible uses. The service layer follows the ongoing needs of your experience.

Completed presentations

Keep an agreed property, venue or project presentation available when regular content changes are not required.

Stable reference content

Maintain an online experience used as a reference, where the published content can remain unchanged.

Occasional use

Keep an experience available between periods of activity without an ongoing content programme.

Define the service

Make the responsibilities clear.

  1. The version and content to remain hosted.
  2. The hosting terms and responsibilities in the agreement.
  3. Who will identify when content needs to change.
  4. How any future changes or move to Active will be scoped.

Independent choices

Define the service.
Choose the funding.

The service layer controls how the experience is maintained. The commercial model controls how the project and hosting are funded.

Your configuration

Package, modules, module tier, service layer and commercial model are selected independently. Your proposal brings these decisions together.

Your questions

A little more clarity.

Does Inactive mean the experience is offline?

No. Inactive describes a static hosted state. The experience remains online without active management.

Are content updates and optimisation included?

No active updates or optimisation are included in the Inactive definition. Discuss any required changes and their scope separately.

Does Inactive mean free hosting?

No. Inactive defines the service layer, not the funding model. Hosting charges and terms follow the agreed commercial model.

Can we move to Active later?

Discuss a change of service layer when your needs evolve. The required work, timing and commercial terms must be agreed; a switch is not described as automatic.
