How it works

An experience that evolves with your needs.

Active provides ongoing management for an experience with changing content and objectives. Agree the work, priorities and review arrangements so updates and improvements serve a clear purpose.

01

Set the priorities

Identify the content, objectives and areas of the experience that need ongoing attention.

02

Agree the service

Define the updates, optimisation, hosting support and managed improvements within the service scope.

03

Update and review

Make agreed changes and review priorities as the experience, audience and organisation evolve.

Across sectors

Choose by need, not by sector.

These examples illustrate possible uses. The service layer follows the ongoing needs of your experience.

Visitor & customer experiences

Keep interpretation, product information or visitor content aligned with current needs.

Learning & communication

Maintain an experience whose learning material, guidance or organisational messages change over time.

Commercial experiences

Support experiences used in ongoing marketing or customer engagement with agreed content changes and optimisation.

Define the service

Make the responsibilities clear.

  1. The content and areas covered by ongoing updates.
  2. The scope and cadence of optimisation and managed improvements.
  3. Hosting support responsibilities and agreed response arrangements.
  4. Content approvals, measures of progress and how additional work is agreed.

Independent choices

Define the service.
Choose the funding.

The service layer controls how the experience is maintained. The commercial model controls how the project and hosting are funded.

Your configuration

Package, modules, module tier, service layer and commercial model are selected independently. Your proposal brings these decisions together.

Your questions

A little more clarity.

Does Active include unlimited changes?

The service definition includes ongoing updates and managed improvements, but does not promise unlimited work. Scope, frequency and any additional work are agreed in the proposal.

Does Active include hosting support?

Yes, hosting support is part of the Active definition. Its scope and response arrangements are agreed for the project. Hosting funding is determined separately by the commercial model.

Does Active guarantee commercial results?

No. Active is intended for experiences that need to remain current, measurable and commercially active. Objectives and measurement should be agreed; no revenue or performance outcome is guaranteed.

Does Active change our package or module tier?

The package, modules, module tier, service layer and commercial model are independent choices. Any changes to the configuration are agreed for your project.
