Your experience.
The right people.
Your control.
Give each audience the right way into your digital twin. Decide who can enter, what they can explore and how their access is managed.
An appropriate route in
One digital twin. Different audiences.
ImmerTwin Access is the identity and permission-control module for your experience. Make the whole experience private, or restrict selected content areas for customers, members, employees, contractors and managers.
Choose a shared code, named accounts or an agreed enterprise identity connection to suit your audience and the sensitivity of your content.
Control with purpose
The right content for the right people.
Choose who can enter
From invitation-only previews to staff portals, match the entry method to the people you need to reach.
Separate your audiences
Use roles and permissions to give different groups access to the content relevant to them, within your selected tier.
Manage access over time
Agree who approves, changes and removes access, from manual code changes to tailored account-lifecycle workflows.

What’s included in your Access?
From a shared invitation code to tailored enterprise identity, choose the level of control your project needs.
Base
Shared-code entry
- Entry
- Shared access code for 1 gated area.
- Permissions
- 1 user type; everyone using the code receives the same access.
- Administration
- Manual code changes. No Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Identity
- A shared code does not identify individual people. Changing it affects everyone using it.
- Best fit
- Simple invitation-only previews for a single audience.
Plus
Named accounts & audience roles
- Entry
- Email and password login for up to 5 gated areas.
- Permissions
- Up to 3 roles to separate audiences and their content.
- Administration
- Password reset and standard user management.
- Identity
- Named accounts let you manage users individually through the agreed account workflow.
- Best fit
- Customer, member or staff portals with a small number of audiences.
Premium
Connected identity & oversight
- Entry
- Single Sign-On (SSO) using your organisation’s existing account, or an agreed OAuth-based sign-in integration; up to 20 gated areas.
- Permissions
- Up to 8 roles with granular permissions.
- Administration
- Activity audit export and delegated administration.
- Identity
- Access configured around the supported identity provider and agreed responsibilities.
- Best fit
- Multi-team, contractor or multi-site access with stronger oversight.
Bespoke
Tailored enterprise integration
- Entry
- Tailored enterprise identity integration, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or custom Single Sign-On (SSO), as scoped.
- Permissions
- Custom roles and permissions; gated-area and role limits agreed per project.
- Administration
- Approval workflows, SCIM for automated account creation, updates and deactivation, and tailored compliance controls, as scoped.
- Identity
- Agreed joiner, mover and leaver workflows across connected systems.
- Best fit
- Complex organisations and specialist approval or identity requirements.
Gated areas are restricted digital content destinations, not physical door access. Confirm protection for linked and embedded assets, user quantities, identity-provider compatibility and integration requirements in your project scope.
Built around your audiences
One module. Many ways to welcome.
Suggested starting points to discuss and adapt to your project.
Private sales presentations
Invite prospects into a private tour or selected presentation material to support remote decisions. Start with Base for one shared-code area, or Plus when individual account management matters.
Guest & member experiences
Keep public content available while reserving resources for members or invited guests. Start with Plus for audience roles and gated areas; add Commerce separately for payments or bookings.
Tenant & contractor portals
Give tenants, contractors and site managers relevant information without circulating separate versions. Start with Plus for small portals, or Premium for more teams, sites and delegated administration.
Staff onboarding & induction
Prepare staff with role-relevant orientation and training resources. Consider Premium for SSO, granular roles or audit export, with Learn for learning journeys and Forms for acknowledgements.
Staff & visitor orientation
Separate public orientation from internal guidance in health and education settings. Start with Plus for named accounts or Premium for institutional sign-in; explicitly scope sensitive information.
Project & portfolio collaboration
Give internal teams and external partners agreed access to project information. Consider Premium for delegated control or Bespoke for tailored approval and account-lifecycle workflows.
Connected to your platform
Access is the starting point.
Access + Insight
Control entry with Access; understand engagement with Insight. Analytics and identifiable activity depend on the agreed tracking configuration.
Access + Learn / Forms
Restrict learning resources and submission workflows to the relevant audience. Completion tracking and form handling belong to the selected modules.
Access + Commerce / Connect
Scope paid entitlements, bookings and external-system workflows with the relevant module and integration. Access alone does not process payments.
Identity, explained
Clear terms. Informed choices.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Use your organisation’s existing account to sign in to ImmerTwin, instead of creating a separate ImmerTwin password.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Use more than one type of identity check, such as a password plus approval in an authenticator app.
System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)
Automatically create, update and deactivate user accounts across connected systems as your organisation changes access.
Built around your project
From your audience to your access plan.
Map your audiences
Who needs access? Which areas and linked assets must be restricted? How many roles and named users do you need?
Agree your identity setup
Who approves, changes and removes access? Do you need SSO, MFA or automated provisioning? Confirm compatibility and integration responsibilities.
Define your project scope
Agree quantities, security requirements and any compliance controls. Support, response times and service-level commitments follow your selected Service Layer.
Access does not itself certify regulatory compliance. Capabilities and responsibilities are confirmed in your agreed project scope.
