  • relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers engaged by ImmerTwin.

1) Our business and supply chain

ImmerTwin provides digital capture and immersive tour services. To deliver our work, we may engage suppliers and service providers such as:

  • hosting and IT service providers,

  • software and platform providers,

  • equipment suppliers,

  • subcontractors or freelance professionals (where applicable),

  • professional advisers (e.g., accounting/legal).

Our supply chain is primarily service-based, and we aim to work with reputable partners who share a commitment to lawful and ethical conduct.

2) Our commitments

We are committed to:

  • complying with applicable laws and regulations relating to labour standards and human rights,

  • not knowingly engaging with organisations involved in modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking,

  • promoting fair, respectful, and safe working conditions,

  • taking reasonable steps to identify and reduce risks in our supply chain.

3) Ethical sourcing expectations

We expect suppliers, contractors, and partners to:

  • comply with all applicable labour, employment, and health & safety laws,

  • prohibit forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking,

  • pay workers lawfully and fairly, including compliance with minimum wage and working time rules,

  • respect the right to work freely and lawfully, without coercion, threats, or retention of identity documents,

  • maintain safe working conditions and treat workers with dignity and respect,

  • avoid discrimination, harassment, and abusive practices.

4) Risk assessment (how we think about risk)

We recognise that modern slavery risks can exist in any supply chain. Our approach is risk-based and proportionate. Factors we may consider include:

  • the nature of the goods or services being supplied,

  • the location of suppliers and subcontractors,

  • the use of labour-intensive supply chains,

  • subcontracting arrangements and worker vulnerability.

Where we identify heightened risk, we aim to apply additional scrutiny or safeguards.

5) Due diligence and supplier engagement

We may take reasonable steps to assess suppliers and subcontractors, which can include:

  • selecting established suppliers with clear terms and reputable practices,

  • requesting confirmation of compliance with relevant labour and employment laws,

  • including appropriate contractual terms (where practicable),

  • reviewing or reassessing suppliers where concerns arise,

  • ending relationships where serious concerns are identified and not addressed.

The level of due diligence applied will be proportionate to the size of the engagement and the perceived risk.

6) Training and awareness

We aim to maintain awareness of ethical sourcing and modern slavery risks, particularly when onboarding subcontractors or engaging new suppliers. Where appropriate, we may provide guidance on expected standards and reporting routes.

7) Reporting concerns (whistleblowing)

If you have concerns about unethical conduct or potential modern slavery risks connected to ImmerTwin or our supply chain, please contact us at:

contact@immertwin.com
(Recommended subject line: “Ethical Concern / Modern Slavery Report”)

Please include as much detail as you can safely provide. We will treat reports sensitively and assess them promptly. Where appropriate, we may take action including investigation, escalation to relevant providers, contract review, suspension, or termination of supplier relationships.

8) Continuous improvement

We view ethical sourcing as an ongoing effort. We aim to review and improve our approach as our business grows, including updating supplier onboarding practices and contractual standards where appropriate.

9) Changes to this statement

We may update this statement from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the current version.
