Insurance & risk management

A clearer view.
A better starting point.

Connect property documentation to the places it describes, so your team can return to the detail when it matters.

Record the starting point

Document the visible condition and layout of a property before an incident or a change of use. Keep a spatial reference for future review.

Review the whole space

Explore captured rooms and access routes remotely. Understand where an observation sits within the wider property.

Give everyone the same context

Help owners, brokers, insurers and loss adjusters discuss the same captured spaces, with access arranged for the intended reviewers.

Document what changes

Plan further captures after an incident or at repair milestones. Revisit the visible condition recorded at each agreed stage.

From baseline to recovery

Document each stage.

Build a capture plan around the property and the moments your team needs to review.

01 · Before an incident

Establish a baseline

Capture agreed areas and visible conditions. Define the capture date, coverage, deliverables and people who need access.

02 · Following an incident

Put observations in context

Once access is safe and authorised, record the affected spaces to support the claim file and conversations with appointed professionals.

03 · During recovery

Keep a record of repair progress

Arrange repeat visits at agreed milestones and retain the relevant outputs for review and handover.

Choose the right record

Planning your capture

A few useful details.

Who is Insure for?

Property owners, asset managers, brokers, insurance teams and loss adjusters who need a shared visual record of a property.

Can the record support a claim?

The captured spaces can provide visual context for a claim file. Confirm the required evidence and formats with the insurer or appointed loss adjuster before capture. Acceptance and claim decisions remain with them.

Does a digital twin replace an inspection?

No. It records visible conditions within the agreed capture coverage. It does not identify concealed damage or replace specialist inspections, risk assessments or professional conclusions.

Can we compare conditions over time?

Repeat captures can be arranged at agreed stages. Define the areas to revisit, the outputs to retain and the hosting period in the brief. Additional visits are scoped separately.

How are access and sensitive areas handled?

Agree who needs access and identify sensitive areas before capture. Access arrangements, exclusions, hosting and retention requirements are confirmed in the proposal.

What does an Insure project cost?

The quote depends on the property, capture coverage, site access, required outputs and number of visits. Share these details so we can prepare a suitable proposal.
