More than a date in the diary

A place to meet.
A reason to return.

An event brings a place, a programme and an audience together for a limited time. ImmerTwin Event gives that physical experience a digital presence that can begin before opening day and continue beyond the closing session.

Let people explore the setting, understand what is on offer and discover the stories within it. Give your team a common view of the venue, and your audience a way to return.

01

Conferences

Let delegates discover the venue, locate key spaces and prepare for their visit. Give organisers a shared reference for briefings and event presentation.

02

Exhibitions

Bring stands, exhibits and interpretation together in an experience that audiences can revisit after the doors close.

03

Cultural events

Capture the setting and tell the stories behind an installation, festival space or temporary exhibition, extending its life online.

One event. A longer life.

Before the opening.
Beyond the closing.

Plan the digital experience around the life of your event.

BEFORE

Show the venue before the day. Help exhibitors understand the space and give visitors a clearer picture of what to expect.

Plan with clarity

A few practical questions.

When should the space be captured?

A venue capture can support advance planning. To preserve a completed exhibition, schedule a separate capture once stands or installations are ready, ideally during a quiet access window. We agree timing around your setup and opening schedule.

Can people explore remotely?

Yes. Visitors can explore the captured spaces online and access the content included in the experience. A digital tour is a recorded view of the venue; live sessions or streaming need a separate agreed setup.

Can the experience include exhibitors and registration links?

Selected information points can feature exhibitor descriptions, images and links. Registration, ticketing, gated access and external integrations are scoped around your existing services and chosen package.

What happens after the event?

We agree which content stays available, who can access it and the hosting period. Future edits, new captures and archive management can be included in the project scope.
