Your questions, answered.

Can we start with one building?

Yes. Start with a priority building, department or library, then agree how other spaces and content can be added as the project develops.

Can it support people before they arrive?

A virtual visit can help people familiarise themselves with entrances, shared spaces and facilities. Include verified access information and alternative text or media formats in the agreed content plan.

How do we handle occupied or sensitive spaces?

Plan capture times and publication boundaries with your team. Agree which spaces, people and materials can appear, what needs to be removed or obscured, and who approves the experience before release.

Can it connect to our existing systems?

Course pages, library catalogues, booking services and learning platforms can form part of the journey through agreed links. Deeper integrations are scoped separately around the systems and access available.

What determines the project cost?

The spaces to capture, chosen package, content, modules, languages and update requirements determine the scope. Tell us about your institution and priorities for a tailored proposal.
