How it works

Turn audience value into a funding opportunity.

Zero gives organisations another way to fund an experience. Instead of an upfront project fee and monthly hosting charge, the agreed revenue share funds delivery. The experience, audience and revenue approach are considered together.

01

Explore the opportunity

Identify the audience, experience and potential income streams. Discuss whether a revenue-share approach fits your project.

02

Agree the model

Define the delivery scope, qualifying revenue, share, reporting and payment arrangements before work begins.

03

Launch and learn

Launch the agreed experience and review its use and revenue. Select the service layer separately for updates and ongoing management.

Across sectors

Built around your project.

These examples illustrate where the model may fit. The right choice depends on the scope, audience and commercial requirements of your experience.

Culture & visitor attractions

Explore paid digital access, enhanced interpretation or educational experiences for museums, heritage sites and attractions.

Tourism, leisure & events

Consider premium digital experiences, remote participation or content that extends engagement beyond a visit or event.

Education & member experiences

Explore paid learning journeys or member content where there is a suitable audience and an agreed revenue approach.

Configure independently

Your funding model.
Your level of service.

The commercial model controls how the project and hosting are funded. The service layer controls how the experience is maintained.

ImmerTwin Active

Ongoing updates, optimisation, hosting support, content changes and managed improvements. For experiences that need to stay current, measurable and commercially active.

ImmerTwin Inactive

A static hosted state with no active updates or optimisation. For experiences that need to remain online without active management.

Choose the package, modules, module tier, service layer and commercial model independently to create your final configuration. The agreed proposal brings them together.

Before you begin

Make the agreement clear.

Bring these points into your project discussion so delivery, funding and ongoing responsibilities are understood from the start.

  1. The audience, value proposition and expected sources of revenue.
  2. Which revenue is shared, the share and any agreed deductions.
  3. The delivery scope, service layer and any separately scoped items.
  4. Reporting, payment timing, duration and end-of-agreement arrangements.

Your questions

A little more clarity.

Is Zero only for museums?

No. Museums are one application. Zero can be explored for other sectors where an experience has a suitable revenue opportunity. The project and commercial arrangement are agreed individually.

Does Zero automatically include a Digital Companion?

No. Zero defines the funding model. The package, modules, module tiers and service layer are selected independently. A Digital Companion is one possible configuration.

Is the experience free for its users?

Not necessarily. No upfront or monthly hosting cost describes the client funding model. Audience access and pricing depend on the agreed experience and revenue approach.

What revenue share applies?

The share and the definition of qualifying revenue are agreed for the project. This page does not set a percentage or promise a level of income.
