Accessibility Statement – ImmerTwin™
Effective date: 01 February 2026
Last updated: 01 February 2026
ImmerTwin™ is committed to making our website and tour experiences as accessible and usable as reasonably possible for all visitors, including people with disabilities. This Accessibility Statement applies to:
-
immertwin.com (the “Website”), and
-
tours.immertwin.com (the “Tours Site”),
together referred to as the “Online Services”.
If you experience any difficulty using our Online Services, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

1) Our accessibility approach
We aim to design and maintain the Online Services with accessibility in mind, including:
-
clear structure and readable content,
-
consistent navigation,
-
responsive layouts across devices,
-
reasonable contrast and legible typography (where controlled by our theme and styling),
-
reducing unnecessary barriers to viewing information and tours.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review and improve as our tools, platforms, and content evolve.
2) What we’re working toward
We aim to align our Online Services, where reasonably practicable, with widely used accessibility principles and standards (such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines—WCAG). Where third-party technology is involved (see Section 4), our ability to control accessibility may be limited.
3) Accessibility features and good practices
Depending on the page and content, we may implement practices such as:
-
meaningful headings and page structure,
-
descriptive link text,
-
alternative text for key images where appropriate,
-
keyboard navigability for core website pages (where supported by the theme),
-
avoiding auto-play audio where possible,
-
ensuring forms have clear labels and error prompts (where applicable).
4) Third-party content and limitations
Some parts of the Tours Site may rely on third-party platforms and embedded viewers, which may have their own accessibility constraints. For example, interactive 3D/360° experiences can be inherently visual and may not provide full equivalence for users who cannot access visual content.
Where we cannot fully control third-party components, we will still:
-
select configurations that reduce friction where possible,
-
provide support on request (see Section 5),
-
consider alternative formats when feasible.
5) Alternative formats and assistance
If you need information from a tour or web page in an alternative format, or if you need help accessing any part of our Online Services, contact us at contact@immertwin.com.
Where reasonable and feasible, we can provide assistance such as:
-
describing key areas or points of interest in writing,
-
providing a summary of a venue/property based on provided materials,
-
guidance on using the interface (e.g., navigation, menus, or viewing options),
-
providing key information in an accessible document format.
Please include:
-
the URL of the page/tour you are trying to access,
-
the device and browser you are using,
-
a description of the issue, and
-
the format you would prefer (e.g., email summary, accessible PDF, etc.).
6) Feedback and reporting accessibility issues
We welcome feedback. If you notice an accessibility issue, please email contact@immertwin.com with:
-
the page/tour link,
-
what you were trying to do,
-
what went wrong,
-
any relevant screenshots (if possible),
-
your preferred way for us to respond.
We aim to acknowledge requests and issues as soon as reasonably possible and to propose a practical solution or workaround.
7) Compatibility
Accessibility and display may vary by device, operating system, browser, and assistive technology. For best results, we recommend keeping your browser and operating system up to date.
8) Changes to this statement
We may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time as our Online Services and accessibility practices evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the current version.
