You may not use the ImmerTwin Marks in a way that:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"2056\">\n<li data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1783\">\n<p data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1783\">suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership without our written permission;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1784\" data-end=\"1827\">\n<p data-start=\"1786\" data-end=\"1827\">is misleading, defamatory, or unlawful;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1828\" data-end=\"1958\">\n<p data-start=\"1830\" data-end=\"1958\">is used in a company name, product name, domain name, social handle, or advertising keyword in a way that could confuse users;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"2056\">\n<p data-start=\"1961\" data-end=\"2056\">alters, distorts, or modifies our logo\/marks (including removing \u2122\/\u00ae indicators where present).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2268\"><strong data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2089\">Permitted \u201cnominative\u201d use:<\/strong> You may refer to ImmerTwin in plain text to accurately describe our services (e.g., \u201cVirtual tour produced by ImmerTwin\u2122\u201d), provided the reference is truthful and not misleading.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2270\" data-end=\"2273\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2275\" data-end=\"2305\">4) Copyright and ownership<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2306\" data-end=\"2330\">Unless stated otherwise:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2705\">\n<li data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2531\">\n<p data-start=\"2333\" data-end=\"2531\">The Online Services (including design, layout, and written content) and ImmerTwin Content are owned by or licensed to ImmerTwin and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2532\" data-end=\"2705\">\n<p data-start=\"2534\" data-end=\"2705\">Tour Content may include multiple rights-holders (ImmerTwin, the client, and\/or third parties). Rights in Tour Content vary by project and any applicable Client Agreement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2707\" data-end=\"2786\">Nothing in this notice transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2788\" data-end=\"2791\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2828\">5) Permitted use of our content<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2829\" data-end=\"2837\">You may:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2838\" data-end=\"3284\">\n<li data-start=\"2838\" data-end=\"2903\">\n<p data-start=\"2840\" data-end=\"2903\">view and use the Online Services for their intended purposes;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2904\" data-end=\"2972\">\n<p data-start=\"2906\" data-end=\"2972\">share links to public pages and tours where access is permitted;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2973\" data-end=\"3035\">\n<p data-start=\"2975\" data-end=\"3035\">use short factual references to ImmerTwin (see Section 3);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3036\" data-end=\"3284\">\n<p data-start=\"3038\" data-end=\"3284\">use screenshots or short excerpts <strong data-start=\"3072\" data-end=\"3080\">only<\/strong> where (a) necessary for legitimate purposes such as reviews, press commentary, or internal evaluation, and (b) such use is lawful and does not expose private\/restricted areas or confidential information.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3286\" data-end=\"3453\">If you are a client, your specific rights to use deliverables (embeds, sharing, exports, re-use) are governed by your <strong data-start=\"3404\" data-end=\"3424\">Client Agreement<\/strong> and\/or the <strong data-start=\"3436\" data-end=\"3452\">Terms of Use<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3455\" data-end=\"3458\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"3460\" data-end=\"3510\">6) Prohibited use (without written permission)<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3511\" data-end=\"3562\">Unless we provide written permission, you must not:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3563\" data-end=\"4151\">\n<li data-start=\"3563\" data-end=\"3702\">\n<p data-start=\"3565\" data-end=\"3702\">copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, or transmit ImmerTwin Content or Tour Content (in whole or substantial part);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3703\" data-end=\"3799\">\n<p data-start=\"3705\" data-end=\"3799\">remove watermarks, branding, attribution, copyright notices, or embedded rights information;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3800\" data-end=\"3895\">\n<p data-start=\"3802\" data-end=\"3895\">download, extract, scrape, or mass-capture Tour Content or create derivative works from it;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3896\" data-end=\"3986\">\n<p data-start=\"3898\" data-end=\"3986\">use our content or marks in advertising, promotional material, templates, or products;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3987\" data-end=\"4079\">\n<p data-start=\"3989\" data-end=\"4079\">use any part of the Online Services or content to create a competing product or service;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4080\" data-end=\"4151\">\n<p data-start=\"4082\" data-end=\"4151\">use Tour Content or other materials to train or improve AI\/ML models.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"4153\" data-end=\"4156\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"4158\" data-end=\"4192\">7) Embedding and sharing tours<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4193\" data-end=\"4316\">Where a tour is intended to be shared, we may provide a link or embed option. You may embed or share Tour Content <strong data-start=\"4307\" data-end=\"4315\">only<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4317\" data-end=\"4510\">\n<li data-start=\"4317\" data-end=\"4437\">\n<p data-start=\"4319\" data-end=\"4437\">within the intended scope (e.g., marketing the venue\/property, guest information, education, internal training), and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4438\" data-end=\"4510\">\n<p data-start=\"4440\" data-end=\"4510\">in a way that does not bypass privacy controls or access restrictions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"4512\" data-end=\"4619\">You must not share password-protected or restricted access details publicly or with unauthorised audiences.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"4621\" data-end=\"4624\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"4626\" data-end=\"4662\">8) Client and third-party rights<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4663\" data-end=\"4911\">Clients may own or control rights in content supplied by them (Client Materials) and may control how their venue\/property is represented.
